We are an non-denominational church with inter-denominational people. We believe that each believer is a contributing part of the body of Christ. Individual members of the family of God give their share because God equips everyone with something to offer to others. All are important in God’s eyes and all work together to establish His kingdom in the earth. (Romans 12:3-8, I Corinthians12:14-27)

The Vision of Abundant Life Christian Church

The vision of our church is based on the purpose statement of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as outlined in John 10:10 (AMP), The thief comes only in order to steal, kill, and destroy. I come that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows). We believe that God sent His only begotten Son to die for us and to redeem us from sin, and if we would accept Him as our Lord, we can live the abundant life in Christ.

The objective is to teach and preach the Word of God in a simplified and understandable way and to inspire men, women, teens and children to live a life that is pleasing to God. As a result of their obedience, each will experience the abundant life which includes peace of mind, harmony in relationships, health in their bodies, and financial prosperity (to the full, till it overflows). The overflow that is received will be shared with our loved ones, friends, neighbors, and communities.

The ministry will be multicultural, including all ethnic groups. This ministry will affect lives throughout the Golden Triangle, the state, and the entire nation. Our foundation will be based on love for one another, and we will grow like a family, where everyone feels like they are a part of the whole. Romans 12:5 say, “So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.” (KJV) This ministry was established for the people, to serve the people. The church will be organized to meet the needs of everyone and to allow each person to discover his unique gift and purpose.

The church will have seven departments: Administration, Education, Media, Music, Outreach, Youth, and Support. Within these departments will be a number of auxiliaries that will meet the needs of the ministry. All auxiliaries will have standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to govern order and structure. This ministry will operate in a spirit of excellence and integrity which means that what we do for Christ must be done above the ordinary and in a superior manner.

Finally, this ministry will always show love and appreciation to every member and visitor. We will not allow envy, strife, and competitive jealousy to infiltrate and rob us of unity. We will guard ourselves against the tricks of the enemy and prove that the love of God can change a community, a city, a state, and a nation.
